I sent my board from my treadmill and they repaired it sent it back and still did the same. I was told to send it back and the other boards and they would check them and try to locate the problem. Excellent people to work with and the price so far has been very reasonable.

Once received the board for my treadmill was repaired and ready to be shipped back to me within hours. They communicated (email) when my board was received and again when it was repaired and ready to ship. Once I received the board and installed it the treadmill stopped seconds before my first workout was due to end. I sent them an email and they responded promptly that it may be another issue which may have caused the initial problem with the board. Korey had me lubricate the walking belt and run a DC amp draw test. At this point it appears the treadmill motor is drawing too many amps. Waiting for some additional advice on how to proceed. Awesome customer service. Highly recommended.
