After 20 years as a client, never missed my scheduled appointment, they cancelled my appointment because I did not respond to their phone call or text within 4 hours, to reschedule an appointment with their hygienst takes 6-9 months, I felt undervalued after 20 years, I always made my appointments, and was pleasant with all staff members when I went into their office, I feel bad my appointment was canceled over 4 hours I had left my phone home, I liked Dr. Bye and Dr. lamborne, however getting into a hygienst in their office is to hard. And feeling undervalued after 20 years it's time to move on.

Excellent dental office from secretary's, assistants and dentist! Couldn't recommend a better place. Took my 78 year old mom in after she fell and broke her front teeth off. Called they got us in and we're the nicest people ever. Did a fantastic job and cost was very responsable. Everything was explained before it was done. Dentist is very funny

The Dental Hygienists, assistants and Dr Lambourne are so awesome! They have spent the time to educate me and my two adult kids about best practices and tools. I have been there for a fair amount of work, including a crown, having cavities filled and just recently a bridge that included a crown which fixed three teeth at once. The thing I’m most impressed with is the time and care thats been put into our treatment, and the work is first rate. They have also been reasonable working with me on payment plans and the pricing has been quite fair. I never feel like they want me to do more than I absolutely need to do. Five stars with no hesitation!

Excellent service with friendly, gentle care!!! While in Salt Lake City for a work convention, one of my front veneers fell off. I made a quick phone call to City Creek Dental and they fit me in the same day. Dr. Bye and his staff were absolutely wonderful! Dr. Bye was able to permanently fix the veneer in just minutes while still paying close attention to detail. I was shocked at how affordable the visit was, especially for a same day emergency appointment. A huge thank you to Dr. Bye and his staff!

I'm a new patient and my experience here has been great! I can't say that having three cavities filled would ever qualify as a pleasant experience given the nature of the procedure, however, with Dr. Bye it went really smoothly and he had a great bedside manner. He took the time to explain why I should have the procedure done now and how the plan would be more aggressive and negative if I waited (dental crown) and he made sure to get my consent to get the fillings. The office staff overall are really great.
