I love this nursery and always have, I have a nostalgia from when I went as a kid. I would highly recommend checking it out. Excellent quality gardening.
Great selection of wide variety of plants and trees. Small bonsai section with black pines, procumbens junipers, cypress, and maples. Indoor houseplants, carnivorous plants, succulents, soil. The layout is fun with winding pathways and a combination of shady and sunny spots
This is my first time that my two daughters and 5 year old granddaughter and I visited city Farmers nursery. I did not know this place even existed. I was not expecting this at all. The place is absolutely huge! We visited a donkey, chickens, a peacock how much more. I was really really impressed with how organized they are with the different type of plants. It made it really easy for me to go to the succulent area and then to plants that needed more shade than Sun. Employees were very friendly and were always available for questions. It was nice that I didn't have to go searching for someone. All of the plants, and I mean all of them were extremely healthy for me, that was the most important aspect. That told me of the vast knowledge they had of the different plants, how much to water and how much fertilizer and what type of fertilizer. They have a huge array of different fertilizers. Home Depot in Lowe's doesn't even come close to what this place had. And lastly, the prices were very very reasonable. There is even a little cafe there. We didn't eat there but I intend to eat their the next time I go back. We all had a great time and I will certainly be back to buy more plants!
Our family absolutely loves City Farmers! Its wonderful to visit with the animals and shop for plants. It’s super kid friendly and they have a great seed collection.
