Omari is the best person ever. I desperately needed a package shipped out and a label printed. I came to the shop late and wasn’t expecting a fee for printing. Omari took care of me and made sure it got sent out and even taped it up for me. Best experience I have ever had at a UPS!!

This place is absolutely the BEST! I've been here several times and have ALWAYS received Stellar service. Yesterday was no different. I needed to fax some important documents to the Social Security office. The place was packed with guests however I was greeted by Tori and she made me feel as though I was the only guest there and had my fax taken care of in minutes. Tori made me feel welcomed and appreciated, wow what a concept! I highly recommend this place next time you need a package shipped, something faxed, notary service and much much more...............I promise, you have my word that you will in no way be disappointed!! I have never had a bad experience at this location and today was no exception. Bryan and Omari could not have been more helpful and patient with my amazon return. I fumbled and didn’t have my information ready and they helped me sort it out quickly and patiently. Omari has helped me before too he is always kind and helpful and today Bryan did the same. Everyone at this location is amazing and they all handle the public so well (and I’ve seen some things by the public here and they never get ruffled)! they are always helpful and kind and I appreciate this store so much!
I've come by multiple times to drop off Amazon returns, and service has always been fast and super friendly. They recently added an automated kiosk for dropping off Amazon packages too, so that you don't have to wait in line for the counter anymore. The person who was working that day showed me how to use it, which was really helpful!
