Natasja’s Thrive class is amazing. Somehow she manages to give everyone personal attention. Customizing our experience to overcome weaknesses and focus on our personal goals. Always a challenge and always a good time.

Generally, I like working out here. It’s clean and the staff is friendly. Gym etiquette is mostly good, but sometimes you’ll have someone not wipe down something after using. They could use less elliptical machines and more treadmills — as there’s almost always a line for the treadmill during busy hours. I don’t like that for the whole month of February there was no sort of acknowledgment of Black History Month. Yet for St. Patrick’s Day, there are a bunch of green and gold balloons present. Further, no acknowledgment of Juneteenth, Ramadan, Diwali, etc. but how could we not decorate for St. Patrick’s Day?
