They took very good care of my boy. The place smells pretty bad though and I have to think they could do something about that. He was very nervous about a new place and all of the new sounds and smells but he did great and they were wonderful with him.

We have two shy dogs and this daycare is so accommodating to them! Not only do the staff truly know our dogs (like every small detail shared!), they do a good job at making sure our dogs have a fun day while also having time to rest. My dogs are slowly getting more comfortable and enjoying themselves a lot at Citypaws. Shoutout to Connor who is so passionate and dedicated! After touring a few places, we chose Citypaws because of how great he is!

Josie had a lovely day at daycare and the spa! She always loves visiting City Paws and it’s so reassuring to have a place to bring her where she feels comfortable. She’s a mixed breed so there’s no set cut and her grooming turned out great! She looks fresh and feels so confident that people literally asked to take her picture when we went out that night! Highly recommend!

We feel so lucky to have found the folks at City Paws! We have two dogs who couldn’t be more different, and both of them have totally found their place at City Paws. The staff are SO caring and loving, and also clearly know a ton about dogs. We also love that Mississippi and Clementine can get everything from healthy food and grooming to comfy boarding and training all in one facility. The photos and report cards they send are also just the best. We love seeing our buddies’ goofy faces throughout the day. The reservation system is super easy and also makes it so there aren’t so many dogs romping around that the pups get overwhelmed. We can’t say enough good things about City Paws! Thanks for taking such good care of our fur babes.

TDLR: Fantastic day care — Kind staff, mindful pet care, and highly organized customer service. City Paws is fantastic! The staff is super kind and genuinely care about their customers — both pets and owners. Prior to signing-up, they kindly answered all my questions via phone call and text, even ones I could’ve found online. Ruki’s first day began with such a warm welcome…at 7:30am…on a Friday. After gladly soaking up the attention during his assessment with the staff, he had a blast making new doggy friends. The 20+ photos uploaded to our account throughout the day were a wonderful touch. I loved knowing how much fun he was having! We signed up for a membership right away and can’t wait for more City Paws memories!
