They are awful with kids safety i understand there's a waver and I read through it carefully and when I was there for my cousins 8th birthday the lights went out and people where wearing glow shirts so we asked an employee if we where allowed to be there without a glow shirt she said "yeah we don't care if you have it or not" so went there and some other employees yelled at my 8 year old cousing and her friends to get out because they don't have the glow shirts and I tried explaining that someone told us its ok to not have it and they said "well you do" so before we left i told them they need to find the girl who told us it was ok because we didn't know it was dangerous and they said again "you need a glow shirt" and completely ignored my warning about the employee the they were rude to my aunt when she was asking why they gave a free shirt to her friends kid and not her kid nicely and confused. Never coming back my cousins safety is more important than some stupid place for birthdays I can see why its only 3 stars.

So dirty. Hard to watch the employees stand around on their phones when the place is so dirty. I asked for a towel to wipe down a table. Couldn't sit on a lot of chairs b/c of spilled soda or pizza stuck to them. I was super annoyed at the front desk guy who couldn't stop eating while he was talking to us. I could not understand him with food in his mouth and it was a 5 min conversation. Super annoying. Very unprofessional. Manager - please train your staff. Not sure why you're paying these kids to do absolutely nothing.

As a member, I’m frustrated by the check-in process. Even when there is no line for members, staff force us to wait 10–15 minutes behind walk-in customers. It feels like the management priorities are completely backwards. We pay for membership, yet receive worse service than casual visitors. Please fix this workflow.

We went for a birthday party. The birthday party was located in a great section. The food was hot and delicious. They kept the beverages coming.

We had a wonderful experience at Sky Zone Edina for my twins’ birthday party! The facility was very clean, well-staffed, and much more professional than other trampoline parks we’ve visited. Everything was organized and ran smoothly, and our party room was clean and comfortable. Our host, Evan, was fantastic—very attentive and always checking in, which made the whole experience stress-free for me. Communication was great from the start, and the food was a pleasant surprise. The pizza was really good, and the slices are huge—we even had leftovers after feeding 14 kids and some parents! Overall, it was absolutely worth the cost, and we had such a great time. Highly recommend for birthday parties! The children had a blast.
