Super fun 😊 can't wait to go again my 3 year old truly had a blast going on section to section and back again. Them having some many different things to do with or without jumping, and as lawsy like any place food is high priced but typical right 👍🏽 we really enjoyed ourselves and will return soon 😁
Caution - had my son's birthday party here. The party itself was fun but the management does not stand behind what their staff say and made us pay the price for their poor training. Upon paying our final bill at the end of the party a team member said he was going to make our day and refund some of the unused passes from the party. It was a nice surprise and something I didn't expect. Well, in the end I left a tip and then got double charged. Upon calling back multiple times to get the additional charge refunded I was told that the staff shouldn't have refunded the unused passes and now they were making us pay for them. I expressed that I did not ask for the refund, that they're staff offered it and so they need to honor it and focus on better staff training. They decided to take the unprincipled approach to throw their staff under the bus and not honor what we were told. They did offer some free passes which I did not accept as I just wanted them to honor what they had already told me. Could have been handled SO much better for not much cost to them. We won't be back and would not recommend doing business somewhere like this.
I have been a loyal Sky Zone Edina member since 2022. Over the past few years, my family and I have celebrated both of my children’s birthdays here and have always tried to support this location despite several minor issues in the past. However, our experience tonight was extremely disappointing and has officially made us decide to cancel our memberships. Upon arrival, we were not informed that a special “Glow Night” event was taking place. We checked in under our membership as usual, ordered food and drinks for the kids, and settled in. My children were later told that the main jumping area was reserved for Glow Night participants, but they were welcome to enjoy the playground, arcade, and basketball area. One of the staff members kindly mentioned that if we purchased Glow Night t-shirts, they could join the jumping area, so I went to do just that. However, when I returned, a supervisor, someone who has recently been promoted but has shown rudeness in past visits approached us in a very condescending and disrespectful manner. Instead of calmly explaining the policy, he told us that we had to buy separate tickets and asked us to leave in a harsh tone. That situation could’ve been handled much better. It was unprofessional and unnecessary, especially considering that we were simply trying to clarify and follow the rules. It’s disappointing to see how the customer service quality has declined, especially as I’ve noticed how often the staff seems to turn over. We’ve supported this place for years, but after tonight, my family and my cousins’ families ,all of whom have active memberships, will be canceling. I will be taking my business somewhere that has employees who truly understand the meaning of customer service.
My son had a blast we were there for a birthday party. We got there at check-in and it was fairly quick. The party room was a little dirty had to keep wiping dirt and crumbs off my socks. Play areas were pretty clean and staff always looking around and present. Lots of things for the kiddos to do overall I think it's a great place to bring kiddos to jump and play and burn off that energy.
We had a birthday party for our grandson here. They were professional and accommodating. They took our ice cream cake to a freezer, then brought it out early enough that we could cut it without a chainsaw - which was good because I left mine home. They also have a cart with rollers and multiple shelves that you put the gifts and whatever else you need for the room you rented if you come before your space is ready. They have tables to rent as well if your party is smaller. Sky Zone provided pizza (it's yummy, actually) and drinks, plates, napkins, etc. Someone came in to make sure we had what we needed mid-party, refilled the drinks, and joked around with us. The play areas are fun! They have tons of trampolines, foam pits, a large climbing wall, a suspended obstacle course, tall slides, basketball courts with trampoline floors, trampoline walls at about 75° so you can bounce off the walls! It's a cool space. Yes, there are people who supervise the areas to make sure there isn't any rough stuff or rule breaking. In the main area, there are tables and chairs to eat and, I suppose, to plant yourselves, but there are also comfy couches and uncomfortable benches. They have massage chairs for the adults. They are at a very high intensity, so beware. Don't say you weren't warned. Often, people just use them as chairs, unfortunately. There are cubbies for your belongings. They are free, but there are also lockers if you want some level of security. I have a photo of the prices if you use a credit card and one for cash. I picked the largest locker so you know the highest price it would be. All in all, it's a loud but super fun place with lots to do. I recommend ear plugs.
