Excellent treatment from Darius. He’s very knowledgeable and thorough with diagnosis, and combines clear exercise guidance with hands-on treatment. The manual work made an immediate difference to my pain and confidence to keep training safely.

Want to give a shout out to Darius and Tesia for fixing me up! I've been coming here for about 6 months and had a shin splints, neck sprain, shoulder and traps injuries, all to my own doing. Tesia and Darius not only helped me with recovery but teaching me about preventative exercises and I've become a much better at learning on how to manage and build up deficiencies. They've taught me so much and I do trust their assessments. In regards to the facilities, it's very convenient if you're in the CBD and scheduling an appointment is very easy with apps. Reception is very lovely and have gotten to know them but I really do value their service and how well they treat their customers. I'm a bupa member and think that this has a good co pay for their physio services. I recommend this to anyone that needs a physio or dry needling on the go.

It’s been an exceptional experience with City Physio and specifically with Physiotherapist Simon and the Remedial Massage Therapist Pavel. After suffering from whiplash due to a car accident. Simon’s expertise and care have been evident from the very first session. They listened to my concerns, provided a treatment plan, and have helped me make significant progress in my recovery. Both Simon and Pavel are professional and personable, with a down to earth approach. I feel confident and supported in my path to recovery.

The worst physio I have ever been to. I had Mr Simon Mew treat me twice for headaches and both times were perfunctory. His "massage" was more like caressing, and he did it absentmindedly while playing with his phone (he only used one hand, the massage was intermittent without any force). After 15 minutes, he couldn't wait to tell me that the treatment was over, without any stretching or daily maintenance advice, and didn't even ask if I felt better. If he doesn't know how to do physiotherapy, then he must be racist to treat me like this.
