Jad came to fix a broken hot water tap this afternoon and it was honestly the best experience we have had with any plumber in London, and we have lived in London for 15+ years. He was so efficient and so friendly. Also importantly he was not going to let us down on a really busy Friday and knowing we have a young baby he made sure to somehow make time to come over and fix it. Really appreciate people like this in a world which is becoming more and more unreliable! Use these guys!

I used City Plumbers London recently and was really impressed. They turned up on time, got the job done quickly, and the price was fair. Nice to deal with people who are reliable and straightforward. Would definitely recommend.

I had a great experience with City Plumbers. Rob and Pete did a fantastic job fixing my shower. They were professional, friendly, efficient and clearly know their stuff. It was all sorted quickly and with no hassle and with a couple of laughs! A special mention also goes to Jad, who has been absolutely wonderful at coordinating everything and completing other issues in the flat (fixing the sink). He’s a real pleasure to deal with friendly, responsive, and made the whole process seamless and easy. I highly recommend City Plumbers for their excellent service and super friendly team :)

Harry did a great job solving the drainage issues and he have all the equipment all on the car. He is very respectful. The company is really great as they provide same day service as I have an urgent issues.
