Hasan is a top professional. A job really well done. I’d bought a built in oven and no such oven on the market it turned out would fit the cavity within which it ought to have fit. Hasan trimmed down the cavity to make room for it, and connected the electricity. As it happens, my tap also needed fixing which I didn’t alert Hasan to until the oven job was done. Hasan was flexible and on hand to pivot and deal with that job also. Couldn’t have asked for a better job done. Highly recommend!

I had a badly clogged sink that just wouldn’t drain, and this plumbing service was fantastic from start to finish. They responded quickly, arrived on time, and clearly explained what was causing the problem. The plumber was professional, friendly, and worked efficiently to clear the clog without any mess. My sink is now draining perfectly, and the price was very fair. I really appreciated the honesty and quality of work. Highly recommend this service to anyone needing reliable plumbing help!

Replace the old broken flush system. Just when I thought great service at a fair price only existed up north, Hass' proved me wrong. He was speedy, did a great job by replacing the old broken flush system and tidied up after. Definitely would recommend and will be using him again.

The task was simply to fit units for an island kitchen. When a surveyor came out for measurement, he couldn’t do it as the units were not fixed together and Haas admitted it wasn’t done properly. It resulted in a 3 weeks delay as it was impossible to get another template booking in and an additional £100 for having to make a new booking. In addition, the quality of work was so poor. Units needed to be flushed for the worktop but there were parts sticking out and one of the bottom units was ripped, which required additional work. The photo attached shows the feedback and further work required to be done folllwing the surveyor’s visit. I have continuously asked Hass to fix the mess before the worktop instalment date but his unhelpful and delayed response left me no choice but to find someone else.

Hassan is hands down the best plumber I’ve ever worked with! From the start, he was professional, friendly, and genuinely helpful. He went above and beyond to make sure the job was done to a high standard, and even took the time to explain everything clearly. One thing I really appreciated was how trustworthy he is—I was able to leave him alone in my apartment, and he treated it with total respect. He’s also extremely reliable and always showed up when he said he would. What really impressed me is that he even returned to the apartment when I requested, at no extra cost, just to double-check a few things. That kind of care and service is rare these days! If you’re looking for someone who is skilled, honest, dependable and truly cares about their work—Hassan is your guy. Highly, highly recommended
