City Yoga is a very safe, serene spiritual community. I recommend yin/sound bowl with Katarina and triple gong with Diane. Both of these gifted instructors are wise and grounded so your practice is honored w/o judgement. I leave anything that no longer serves me at the door and emerge feeling uplifted and positive. I want to teach, so I chose CITYOGA for their 200-hour teacher training course. Not sure I can say enough good things about this, excellent course, excellent instructors, top notch guest teachers and presenters. If anyone is interested in teaching, I highly recommend CITYOGA's teaching courses.
