This is not the body shop I usually use but had to use them when the other party in a relatively minor accident decided to file a claim. When I dropped off the vehicle and spoke to the adjuster, I admitted that I was surprised the other party had filed and that I was not really concerned about paint but about faulty front passenger door — I was mostly concerned about locking feature and security of door (multiple undesirable sounds happening). When I got initial estimate, I did not see all the issues addressed so I called back and asked to speak to the adjuster again. I got a voicemail later on assuring me everything would be handled. Anyways, I go to pick it up today. Adjuster said it was done and that they even replaced a locking mechanism even though I had not mentioned that to him initially and had gone behind his back to do so? I told him I literally repeated the same list of concerns both times and I honestly wasn’t even aware of whom I was communicating w nor the chain of command; I just called back immediately following receipt of the initial estimate to point out that part of what we discussed was not included. Tech is adamant I told him something different. I am adamant I didn’t and said I don’t like being insulted or accused of things. He pretty much repeatedly called me a liar as he misquoted my statements, asked me if I spoke English (my first language and the language we were speaking in), and then said he could call State Farm if I wanted to “play the victim.” I repeatedly told him that I literally told them the same thing so I am not sure how it was interpreted differently?! I don’t deserve insults nor threats (over an incredibly small price point nonetheless?). I said he could call the owner and/or State Farm; he can call anyone he wants. I asked him what he was he hoping to achieve from the conversation. He then asked me to pay my deductible. That’s literally all I had wanted to do in the first place, pay my deductible and get my car back. He said I “should be happy” - nah, not really. I am happy with the repairs but intolerant of abismal treatment so I obviously won’t be back.

Very nice staff. A big thank you to Fred and crew who went the extra mile to help get a prior customer back on the road, noise free!

When I brought my vehicle in I was told that everything would be taken care of, the man who told me this was Fred Hasselbrink, Fred did not tell the truth my dash camera was damaged my vent selector knob to turn on my defrost on my front windshield was damaged, they did so by failing to put my car back together properly, and to top it all off I was missing a jack that I discovered was missing when I had to pull over and repair flat tire. Do not bring your car here. If they mess up they will not make it right. Instead of just owning up to their mistakes and making it right they have refused because I put up a negative Google review to fix my car and are going to force me to take them to arbitration. These people are scum.

I’m very confused and disappointed by the way I was treated at this shop. The man who did my estimate (possibly the owner or manager) was short and dismissive with me from the moment I arrived. His tone grew increasingly irritated as I asked a few polite, basic questions to try to understand the process. To be clear, both women who work in the office were wonderful, kind, patient, and knowledgeable each time I spoke with them on the phone. Unfortunately, my experience with the man doing the estimate overshadowed that. My insurance company was telling me one thing, and he was telling me another, and I was just trying to make sense of it all. Instead of helping me understand, he made me feel like I was a nuisance for not already knowing how insurance claims work. I left feeling upset, confused, and in tears, and it took a conversation with my sister afterward to help me figure out what I needed to do next. Overall, his lack of patience and poor customer service made an already stressful situation much harder than it needed to be.

Excellent body shop. State Farm handled my claim for a hit and run that almost totaled the vehicle and this shop made it good as new! My car is 10 years old and they still matched the new paint perfectly. Very easy to work with, great office staff, and took care of my rental too.
