Cool arcade with mostly claw machines. We took younger kids and they were able to play and occasionally win some plushies. When one of the kids blew through his coins too rapidly on a machine and was upset, an employee walked up and opened the machine to reconfigure a toy so that it was easier to win. It really turned the kid's mood around and we were able to leave the arcade on a high note. Great staff and a fun activity for families.

I’m having such a great time at Claw Zone in Louisville! The atmosphere is super fun, and the staff are all so friendly. Heather especially is amazing! She’s made the experience even better with her awesome energy and kindness. Definitely recommend stopping by if you’re in the area!

Great overall experience! We were on a losing streak than a regular customer of theirs helped us and also the employee! We started to get prizes right after that! We’ll definitely have to come back and revisit when we’re back in Louisville or maybe we’ll just have to take a special 4 hour trip from Indiana lol This place redefines claw machines! Definitely not a rip off here! Owner and staff was all very nice as well

This was such a great date night! The tokens run almost $1/token until you buy $25- which isn’t bad. Obviously the plushies aren’t authentic- look at cheap tokens are. They’re easy to win though! The manager was walking around and if we (or anyone else) were having difficulties he’d open the machine and put it in an easier spot lol. We spent about 30 minutes there and won 10 plushies!!
