Love them! They are the best! It is my second time buying 12 pack of classes. All the instructors there are so nice too!

I’ve been looking for a new hobby, so I decided to visit The Pottery Studio in Long Beach for a class. The instructor was so patient and made sure everyone was comfortable, whether you were a beginner or more experienced. The space itself is really cool—lots of colorful pottery on display. I was able to create a small bowl that I’m now obsessed with. It’s a great way to relax and do something creative, and I’ll definitely be returning!

We had a FABULOUS experience at Clay on First for our team-building ceramics class! Brandon made the whole process smooth and easy to plan, and our instructors, Angel and Marc, were fantastic—patient, fun, and super knowledgeable. A+ all around. Team CBC Blair HIGHLY recommends!

I'm currently have a membership at this pottery studio. I have been going here for a few months now and I can't lie but I love this place. The workers are friendly and honestly do a lot to keep this studio running. In the front of the studio, there are pottery pieces that members have made and are for sale. In the middle theres a shelf of things you're allowed to use and 6 wheels available to use. Towards the back, there are the kilns, sink, and restroom. Currently we are in a pandemic but Clay on First has been doing really well keeping the place clean and tighty. There are disposable masks available to use. Hand sanitizers available in 2 different places. Lysol spray to disinfect. I could tell this studio really cares about their members. Whenever I had questions about anything during after hours, I would shoot them an email and they have always responded pretty quickly. The staff are amazing and they have a lot of things available to use along with their membership. Some things this studio has the following available to use: -restroom -Roughly 20 cone 10 glazes / hand drill to mix glazes -under glazes -Bats / bat pins -Wax /wax brushes -sponges -Trimming tools / needle tools / ribs / etc -slab roller -pot lifters -Scale -6 throwing wheels -spay bottles -aprons / towels PS. This list is not everything but most things I could think off my head. This studio has a lot of things so you don't really have to go out to buy your own things unless you want to. I honestly think I'll keep the membership here because it's a good studio and playing with clay is really relaxing.
