Cleaver This was one of the most outstanding dining experiences of my life. I feel like even the most expensive fine dining restaurants these days lack quality customer service, environment, food, or some other area fall short of expectations. I had nearly given up and assumed our standards are just too high for today's dining culture. Cleaverman proved me wrong and provided us with an unforgettable evening. We booked a party for two at 4:45 PM on a Saturday. That felt early, but it was great to see the restaurant before it got crowded, and because they don't rush you we still ate at a reasonable hour. The restaurant is beautiful! It definitely has an elegant old-school vibe. I was only wishing the music was a bit older, to match. Our waiter, Eric, was so warm and friendly. He took amazing care of us and made sure every need was met and anticipated. We had the baked potato rolls, the wedge salad, and shared the prime rib. Everything was delicious! We also ordered a couple cocktails which were very good! I very much wanted to try the Filthy Martini Bar attached to the restaurant. There were no reservations available, but we had the very good fortune of mentioning this to the manager who checked on our table. Brittany (?) personally went to the bar and reserved two seats for us and escorted us straight there after dinner. One of my absolute favorite desserts is a Baked Alaska which is hard to find. They don't offer this in the main restaurant but they do at the attached bar. This was the cherry on an absolutely fabulous night! The Filthy Martini Bar is immaculate. There was live music and the service was fantastic. In fact all around, from hostess stand to assistant wait staff, service was first rate and we felt like VIPs the entire evening. I loved everything!

We went to Cleaverman for our anniversary and had a great experience! The staff is so professional and on top of things, and our drinks were fantastic! One of the best espresso martinis of my life. Steaks were well seasoned and cooked. My ONLY note is that the cacio e Pepe side dish was unfortunately extremely bland. I was very excited about it and I am easy to please, but I would not recommend. They also gave us a free dessert for our anniversary which was very nice. It was the Dubai chocolate parfait and I can’t begin to express how good it was. Great experience!

We were able to check out Cleaverman and it absolutely lived up to the hype. The moment you walk in, the boujee interior sets this place apart. It’s opulent, dark, and dramatic in the best way, and instantly feels like you’re in for a proper steakhouse experience. The escargot was a standout dish. Super rich, buttery, and perfectly seasoned without feeling too heavy. Easily one of those dishes you keep thinking about after the meal. The dry-aged prime rib was just as impressive. Tender, flavorful, and cooked exactly right with that deep, beefy flavor you hope for from a dry-aged cut. Service was on point without being over the top, and everything felt well paced. Whether it’s a special occasion or just a great steak night, Cleaverman is absolutely worth a visit. I’ll definitely be back.

We celebrated our 3rd wedding anniversary for the first time here and we will definitely be back! Everything was top tier from start to finish; from the ambiance, to the service, to the food. Our waitress, Jordan, was so kind and helpful! Her expertise made our first experience seamlessly. We also appreciate the manager, Stephen, for his kind words and attentiveness. He checked on us multiple times throughout the night making us feel so welcomed. The surprise dessert was a nice gesture as well! We had the half seafood tower, duck fries, wedge salad, lamp chops, two cocktails, and 18 oz steak. Everything was prepared to PERFECTION!!! The portions and flavor of the food made us feel it was well worth the price (they really could charge more due to the high quality 😜)! Thank you so much for an amazing night. We look forward to visiting again!

I had an amazing experience at Cleaverman! The food was absolutely delicious—every dish was full of flavor and cooked perfectly. The atmosphere was great, and the service made the whole experience even better. I definitely recommend this place if you’re looking for a spot with amazing food and a great vibe. I’ll definitely be coming back!
