My piercer was fantastic! I was a little nervous coming in but he made the experience a lot more comfortable. It barely hurt and the prices are reasonable. I was only there for 30 minutes, would definitely go there again. Leave a big tip when you go in

I accompanied my friend who was getting a piercing. Wow! This place is SO swanky and cool. I love the decor! I met some really cool people Mary-Kate, Raymond and Ali. The talent and artistry of the staff is incredible. I saw two tattoos completed. My friend was impressed with the piercing process and they special ordered jewelry for her. I recommend checking out Cleopatra Ink Tattoos and Piercing! They are professionals!

After sitting on this for a day, I’ve decided to edit my review: First off, I will say that my tattoo is well done, the artist was efficient and thorough, and the shop was beautiful and clean. The staff for the most part was friendly, and offered us water and snacks. Now, I will get into why I changed my review to only giving Cleopatra 3 stars. I made my appointment online 1-2 weeks prior, received my confirmation quickly, sent in my design with my specifications listed, and was told it would be passed along to the designer. Leading up the the appointment, I received confirmation emails and a text stating to arrive 10 minutes before the appointment. Upon my arrival on 1/3 at 10:50 to my 11:00 appointment, I entered a mostly empty shop and was told to wait until I could be helped. While a few staff members stopped by to chat but were unable to check me in, I ended up waiting until 12:15 to even be spoken to about my tattoo for the day. They did not have my design, were not aware that I had an appointment (actually, never even acknowledged or asked), and didn’t have access to any of the specifications I had sent in. It felt super rushed, and I didn’t even get to consult with my artist. On top it all, my simple tattoo that I designed, was only line work (not fine line, also no shading), and took ~45 minutes to execute, ended up costing $450. I respect artists, their artistry and their skill, but almost $500 was absolutely insane after sitting around twice as long, for such a quick tattoo and zero assistance in the design. Again, the tattoo is great and it’s what I asked for. This was an expensive lesson for me to learn to do more research. However, because of this experience and the completely outrageous pricing, I will not be returning the next time I am getting a tattoo in the Chandler area, and will look for a facility where I’m able to receive better, more attentive services, for a more reasonable price.

Update. Once the heart tattoo healed it had blow out spreading black ink around it. I can't figure out how it can be fixed. I just got both of my hands tattooed there today. It's a very nice clean place. I love my new art!

Absolutely exceptional experience! The moment I walked into the studio, I was impressed by the luxurious atmosphere, the attention to detail, and the immaculate cleanliness. Everything felt premium, professional, and perfectly organized. What truly made the difference was the team’s talent: Both the designer and the artist worked completely freehand, and their skill level was unbelievable. No stencils, no shortcuts—just pure artistry. Every line, every detail showed how experienced and gifted they are. Thank you to the entire team for creating a true masterpiece. I’ll definitely be coming back and recommending this studio to everyone!
