Skin Consultation with Clinical Director Shirley, who came across as a bit rude during short consultation and with interaction with receptionist. Advice was to use a product that no one could advise how to buy. Still waiting for email a month later. Not worth £60 appt charge.

I was very impressed with the set up of the clinic but more impressed with the Staff. I had booked in with Shirley Nicol for my ongoing skin issues, looking for a magic cream or something. However Shirley was very honest with me and acknowledged that due to the multiple complexities with my health and other skin issues that I needed to see a Consultant ASAP. Shirley very kindly worked her magic and got me an appointment at Ross Hall immediately. Not only did she listen to me and comfort me as I was distressed ,, she then advised she would reimburse me my fee as she couldn’t help . Little did she know she did help just by listening and navigating her way through various numbers to get where she believed I needed to be. I cannot thank Shirley for her time and efforts , something the NHS has failed to do in 8months . Thanks so much for your kindness.

I had dermal filler done here and will definitely never go back. It is badly placed, not even the area that I asked to be treated, leaving my face deformed. It’s also crooked, one side has a lump and the other doesn’t, it looks at the very least very unprofessional. on the day I specifically pointed out where I wanted it but the dr placed it in a way that tottaly deformed my lower face. I am very unsatisfied with the results and will never go back to this place

Five stars to the staff at Clinica Medica from reception staff who are so welcoming to Dr Basma Paulina who is very friendly and her private GP services for hormone replacement and weight management are first class. Highly recommend this clinic have attended many times and never had any issues.

After great pressure by my wife, I finally made an appointment for a consultation with Shirley to consider the spider veins on my face. I was placed completely at ease by Shirley who carefully considered and explained the appropriate treatment and she administered the laser therapy with immediate and miraculous effect. I was very pleasantly surprised at the cost effectiveness of the treatment. I would have no hesitation to recommend this professional clinic to all.
