Definitely an extremely valuable and joyful place to come and learn about buddhism for any level (including absolute beginners!). While some of the concepts might be difficult to digest at first, by meditating on them (the teachers are very capable in showing the ropes!), one develops an understanding of them, which is not necessarily the same as everyone else around them, enabling for fruitful and engaging discussions. Words cannot fully describe how grateful I am to have found this place shortly after moving to the West of Scotland, it has been an absolute joy so far!
