We’ve been coming here for many years and always have a great experience. The staff is very kind, accommodating, and patient, especially since my dog is scared of the vet. They’ve allowed us to use a separate “cozy” room to wait and be isolated from other pets. I find that they’re also well priced for the area.

I’m honestly grateful to have found this veterinary clinic. Even though there’s a vet just two minutes from our place, my partner and I are more than happy to drive the 15 minutes it takes to get here because the service is absolutely impeccable. I can call or text anytime if there’s ever a question or concern about our dog, Winston, and the team is always quick to respond with care and compassion. They are always professional and caring and clearly very dedicated. The staff here are not only incredibly competent, but also so genuinely kind that Winny absolutely loves visiting. He’s never nervous or scared—he knows he’ll be greeted with treats, affection, and a warm welcome every time. I cannot recommend them enough!

After returning to Pointe Vet (I took my first Savannah there), they delivered an exceptional experience and care 💯 ❤️ received such a great support by Rose Gauthier, Technician Assistant Stefanie Wosnitza, AHT Elen (Ed) Depuis, AHT B.Sc Vanessa Carter, Customer Support Representative Veronica Cammisano, DVM James Drooker, DVM (with my first Savannah, years ago) Very affordable prices, genuine care for your animal, they give a thorough exam, and take the time to provide proper information and answer all questions. No surprises. They really go above and beyond and build a trust and relationship with their clients. Unlike many other vets, they also know exactly how to run a company and keep a high and professional reputation. I probably won't go anywhere else again. Big thanks to the whole team! 🙌
