Always had great experiences with CTH. Unfortunately, their owner exhibited poor judgment by submitting a witness statement in a civil case in which he had actually borne no more witness than being told something by an employee. This (now ex) employee requested Drew write a letter as witness to an event a year earlier. He did so, and as a result this employee was able to use false information to have me restrained from a public park for 6 weeks! The case was dismissed and the judge chastised this employee for bringing the case. It was clear the court wouldn't have even accepted the case without the promise of this witness statement.

Close to Home is fantastic and reliable. I've been using them for over two years since moving out to West Seattle, and have been extremely happy with their service. Booking through their portal is easy, they are super communicative and send tons of pictures, and they really give you peace of mind that your pets are well taken care of while away from home.

They are so kind and loving with my cat when I'm out of town, and with my pup for regular walks. I love that they're a team so they can usually accommodate last minute changes and I don't need to worry about if someone gets sick. Also they send me great pictures and detailed updates.
