i would give 10 stars if i could and before I say anything else, I instantly noticed how clean the reception area and bathing facilities were; my 9 year old female husky mix has neverending "feathers" as we call them and during the winter, she sheds like crazy. I've never had Juno professionally deshedded or bathed before and with twins on the way we're trying to keep our bathroom clean. I brought Juno in and was greeted my the friendliest and warmest employees I've encountered in a long time anywhere...I'm sorry I didn't get their names (but I'm sure to see them again very soon for our other dog!) They showered Juno with love, pets and treats and asked about dietary restrictions before giving any snacks. Juno is a bit skittish with loud noises but other than the blow dryer she had no issues i was told. When I picked Juno up, the associate brought her out with a pumpkin bandana on and Juno looked as if she had been to a spa! It's the next day and Juno smells so fresh (or not at all, which is a wonder!) and I love being able to give Juno extra scritches without worrying about a feather storm on my newly swept and/or vacuumed floors. Juno can even play more in common areas with our 16 month old without leaving a carpet of her own wherever she goes. I've never been happier with a service and was astonished (in a good way) about the price! Money well spent! Hard to say that in this economy. Juno will become a regular and I will be using their self-wash room for our second dog (who is a bit more excited by other dogs and a bigger weenie than Juno about being groomed). THANKS A MILLION THE WASH DOG!

Love this place! Took my dog Ziggy here for the first time for a self service dog wash and the folks working there were so welcoming and kind! My dog has big and sensitive ears so to have the option to clean and care for his ears with an ear wash as well was so good! Also PROPS for having an ear wrap so that I could wrap his ears down while I blow dried him- I’ve never had that option before and it definitely helped Ziggy feel calmer and safer around the loud blow dry machine. Also, did I mention that the blow dryer could be warm as well?! 5 well earned stars.

We brought our dog here for a self-wash, and three days later he was diagnosed with post-grooming furunculosis, a painful bacterial infection of the hair follicles. Half of his back had to be shaved, he has been on antibiotics for 3 weeks (with more treatment ahead), and our vet bills are already over $1,000. Our vet’s notes specifically said “contamination can occur at any point in the grooming process and may involve water, shampoo, soap, and other grooming products"; the full vet report was shared with the owner of the Wash Dog. When we contacted the owner to notify them of the issue they tried to turn the problem back on us, blaming the diagnosis on his history of allergies (which are only seasonal in the spring) and because we groomed him too aggressively (we used our hands only). I'm sharing this in hopes of saving other pet parents from the same situation.

Excellent staff (Mandy, Hannah and Mel), clean environment, customer service was top notch, staff was friendly, welcoming and went above and beyond for my guy. And the price was just right. I highly recommend this business. We will not be going anywhere else. Mel did an amazing job on my guys nails. Thank you guys 💙🐾

We got our Shih Tzu/Bichon mix and our corgi groomed and bathed by Kate! She was so nice when we dropped them off and she met the dogs for the first time. One of my dogs had an accident during drop off and the team here made it no big deal and helped me clean it up. But more importantly they were fast and I love the quality of the groom - especially for how swiftly it was done! Thank you so much! We will be coming back!!
