I’ve been shopping at this upscale consignment store for well over a decade and have consistently had great experiences. I’ve found incredible pieces—Christian Dior and Lanvin in my size (10–12), some still with the tags on. High-end handbags are locked up for a reason; snatch-and-grab theft happens everywhere. Just walk into a Bath & Body Works and you’ll see the same precautions. As for claims of discrimination, I’ve personally never witnessed anyone being treated poorly. This is an upscale consignment store, and like Neiman Marcus or Saks, the staff generally give shoppers space and respect while they browse. If you need help, you can always ask. If an associate is busy, a little patience goes a long way. Different stores have different expectations and atmospheres. This one prioritizes a calm, high-end shopping experience, and that won’t appeal to everyone—but that doesn’t make it discriminatory. If this level of service isn’t your proverbial cup of tea, there’s always the classic thrift store.
I love this store! I appreciate the customer experience and helpful staff - I always find unique affordable classics, designer clothing, quality cashmere and gorgeous handbags. (I just scored a brand new Dan Basta bag I’m in love with.)
I lived in Dallas in the mid 80’s and this place was my favorite! I once bought a beautiful candy striped suit in there and happened to be the mall where Bloomingdale’s was and darned if that same suit wasn’t in there window! I guess some rich lady bought it, didn’t like it and donated it! They had gorgeous things. But I live in North Carolina now so I can’t shop there anymore 😢
First time I went and am very impressed. A lot of selection of Branded items. Store is very organized and clean. They have a promo ongoing for different color tags like Blue label will be 60% off, yellow is 50% off and purple is at 25% off. Items are reasonably priced. Bought some items with me for work and leisure.
I’m visiting from Chicago and discovered this place doing a quick Google search. I just stopped in and purchased 3 super cool blazers and Gucci glasses—the prices were extremely reasonable. Everyone that I interacted with was super nice. I found the customer service to be a really good balance of giving space and also being available to help. I got a stellar restaurant recommendation, Renny’s. I will definitely be back again to shop again when I’m in town.
