I was on the hunt for a solid gold pendant and could not find what I was looking for anywhere—until I stumbled across Gem Classics. As soon as I walked in, Becky was attentive and eager to assist me. She walked me through their online product catalog and was very transparent about pricing up front. I ultimately decided to go with a custom pendant. I was very particular about what I wanted, down to the millimeter, and Becky and her team worked with me to get exactly what I was looking for!! The final weight ended up being less than quoted, so Becky adjusted the price appropriately, which was a very pleasant surprise. 10/10 I will definitely be shopping with Gem Classics for my future fine jewelry needs.

My now fiancé (WOO!) is active duty in the air force. We only had the weekend together and he wanted to propose. I wanted an emerald engagement ring, and Gabe worked tirelessly to overnight ring settings and emeralds from around the country to get my ring made in TWO DAYS. I cannot express how grateful we are and how perfect my ring is. We couldn't have done it without Gabe and his family. 100/10 recommend.

We had our engagement ring and wedding bands made by Gabe a few years back and he even helped my now husband to pull off the proposal at the store. They also took my grandmas diamond earrings and a sapphire we had to create a necklace for me. Will always recommend family and friends to Gem Classics.
