Great little gym, has everything you need, Friendly and welcoming staff. The facilities very are clean and well maintained. One of the few places in town with a cold plunge, sauna and mineral bath. Definitely would recommend checking it out.

Best experience in Brisbane city ever! I love work out. And this place makes me really happy to kill time on a trip for waiting the greyhound bus. Sam is wonderful, introducing the facilities patiently and passionately.

Great gym! Has a mineral spa and an infrared sauna which is great for your skin. The gym itself is quite small but has all the machines and equipment you need. Staff are very friendly and it’s always clean!
