Took my kids for dinner here on a Thursday night under the assumption that it was a free kids meal with every paying adult as stated on the menu online, when we went to pay at the register we were told that it was for members only, but as you can see from the photo attached that no where does it say this. Very disappointed as we chose this venue over other place because of the special.

We had a very enjoyable dining experience at the bowls club. We ordered the barramundi, the calamari, and the $15 fish and chips special, and everything was fresh and well cooked. The barramundi was tender and full of flavour, and the calamari was light, crispy, and not overdone. The $15 fish and chips came with one smaller piece of fish, but it was still tasty and nicely prepared, making it good value for the price. Service was friendly and efficient, and the relaxed club atmosphere made it a great spot for a casual meal. We’d happily dine here again and recommend it to others.

Very disappointing experience. We waited nearly 2 hours for our food, and when it finally arrived, it was cold. To make matters worse, around half of the dishes we ordered were sold out, which we were only told about after 2 hours of wait. The long delays, lack of communication, and poor food quality made the experience frustrating. It wasn’t just our table either — many other customers were visibly complaining about the wait and issues with their meals. Unfortunately, the service and execution didn’t match expectations at all. I wouldn’t recommend this place unless there are major improvements in kitchen operations.

Service was good. Had a piece of steak there and it much cheaper than having it in the main city area. It has pokie machines there if you like to try a few hands.

Buzzy, cool and friendly bowling club. Love the location, food quality and sensible prices. Try the fish of the day (it was a beautiful Snapper when I visited). Beer batted fish and chips were also light and elegant. The recent renovations have made a vast improvement to the look and feel of this coastal treasure.
