Came in for help on my fitness goals and also a prior injury. The team at Club Crux is incredibly knowledgeable and understanding, they were able to help me come up with a fitness plan, nutrition plan and lifestyle adjustments to head towards my goals and future. Anytime i have something come up like new injuries or pivoting goals they are able to adapt on the spot so I'm never waiting to go. The price tag that comes along with it is more than a regular gym but the amount that you get back is way more beneficial in the long run. Highly recommend

I joined Club Crux about 4-5 months ago at a point where I wasn’t really training, was mentally a bit flat, and needed structure and accountability. I wanted a place where the programming was done for me so I didn’t have to overthink anything, and the fact they offer fresh meals 7 days a week (via a partner) made getting my routine back on track so much easier. The results since then have been huge. I’m down roughly 10kg of fat, all my lifts have increased, muscle mass is up, and my overall wellbeing is through the roof. The trainers have been a big part of that—firm when they need to be, forward-thinking with their programming and approach, but also human and up for a laugh. It makes the whole place feel motivating without being intimidating. The equipment is high quality, always available, and the gym is never too busy to get the focus and attention you need. They’ve also coached me through a couple of niggles and injuries really well, adjusting things without letting me lose momentum. Club Crux has been exactly what I needed: accountability, results, and an environment that genuinely supports you. I've signed up for 6 months in advance as I believe it works for me.
Joining Club Crux has been the best decision I have ever made.
