Beautiful studio, safe equipment, courteous receptionist, great workout for strength, flexibility and focused breathing, and most of all, my guide and instructor, Tee, who I look forward to each class with her. Tee takes charge, is highly skilled and trained, and serves as an overall great role model. 👏

Reformer Pilates has become my primary form of exercise following the birth of my first child 5 months ago. It is the perfect balance of strength, stretching, posture and mobility improvement and mind-body connection for me, and I’ve seen major improvement in areas that were weak postpartum like my pelvic floor and core. Catherine and Sue are my favorite instructors — incredibly knowledgeable and always placing strong emphasis on form and safety. I just hit class #50 and am looking forward to continuing to strengthen my practice through various Level 1 and 1.5 classes offered. I’m so happy that I found a form of exercise that I truly look forward to going to!
