Sheridan Costa was the instructor. She was smug, rude , unprofessional and impatient. This was my first course and I was turned off completely. The beginner course was not beginner at all. Terminology and phrases were used that a beginner wouldn't be familiar with. She seemed to be familiar with everyone in the class. They were tolerant of her snide remarks and aggressive tone. I however ended up leaving 15 minutes in and requesting my credit back. I took the free intro course with Amy who was great. I was very excited as she was encouraging and left you feeling at ease. She was informative and patient. She explained herself well.
I love Club Pilates Rotunda. I started going after my son was born 2 years ago to get my core back and it has been so great. I have never stuck with any exercise in my life. This is the first time and it's because Club Pilates is so great. My favorite thing is that I honestly love every instructor. They are all different but so nice and wonderful. They have so many classes and not being stuck on a certain instructor is huge. I've been a lot of places where this is not the case. Thank you!
