I love this studio & the community it fosters! Club Pilates has made such a wonderful impact on my health, confidence, physical abilities, and general quality of life. The instructors are empowering, kind, and extensively knowledgeable about classical Pilates. I herniated/ruptured two of my discs and the instructors have all been very accommodating and helpful in offering modifications in form for me, so I still feel like I can continue my practice safely and effectively. This studio has become my outlet, and I am so grateful for it & all the lovely people I’ve met through it!

I have been to multiple studios and I’ve got to give Cecilia a huge shoutout! I had her for the first time and she was very warm and friendly, had a bright smile on her face even though it was 6am! She explained and directed us with so much detail, that it made class run so smoothly. She made corrections privately and low-voiced to ensure everyone else was focused. I also loved how organized she was and it felt like she had actually planned our class beforehand. I really appreciated the transitions, she was very intentional with every move we made. She is a phenomenal instructor and I can’t wait to have her again!!

Renee is the best! She taught my intro class and after trying out many classes I’ve found that her CP FIT 2.0 is an excellent workout and a fun time! I really appreciate her energy and positive reinforcement while I’m sweating my butt off. I also really enjoy Rebecca’s Tuesday Reformer Flow 1.5 and Control 1.5. Rebecca keeps the class fun and relaxed while also giving you an excellent full body work out. Both instructors are the best and I sign up for their classes every week. I feel so much stronger and confident after almost 1 year of Pilates. Love the atmosphere at North Raleigh Club Pilates!
