They have always been able to help me. Service is quick and accurate. Personnel treat items like their own always returning in good condition. If something can't be fixed they alert you to the same. Always a great experience. 👍 😃

Took my watches to CNS for battery replacement as I’ve done for several years now and this week was the last time. I had 3 watch batteries replaced and upon pickup I noticed the hand on one wasn’t moving as it normally does being they set the watch each time after battery replacement. When I questioned this the lady yells out to the guy, hey did you replace it and he seemed confused whether he did or not so she takes my watch to look at it just to come back oh it’s not the battery its another issue, and guess how much this “issue “ costs… $130!!! Are you kidding me, my watch was perfectly fine until one of you guys obviously broke it and to not take accountability or ownership is appalling. If there was an issue, why wasn’t it brought to MY attention upon pick up versus me noticing it so had I not noticed it I would’ve got home with a broken watch or when I went to go wear it and realized oh it’s broken and the fact there was not even an attempt at any customer service or resolving the issue is problematic. DO BETTER CNS!! #furiousformercustomer

Proceed with caution. Had my watch on two different occasions. Was told both times I picked it up that it was good to go and working. Was in their possession a total of 4 months between both instances. Neither time did the watch ever function properly. Asked for a refund and was flat out told NO! Was never apologized to. Never any semblance of concern on their end. Was made to feel I was being unreasonable. Threatened to be hung up on. Blamed my wife for not understanding what repairs were actually done. Never once took any responsibility. Steer clear.

I went to adjust a recently bought coach watch that I messed up by trying myself. They fixed it within minutes and didn’t charge at all! Amazing service and amazing people ❤️

Horrible business I took two necklaces and they said on the main one I wanted. They could add to my necklace to make it stronger without taking it apart. I made sure they could do it and they confirmed multiple times, when I went back the necklace was a full inch shorter and the work was not good. They ruined my piece and didn’t give me a discount or do anything to make it right. I do not recommend them
