Scott Kukowski is very knowledgeable about resume formatting, branding, and optimizing LinkedIn. He was a great fit for my career switch and was able to help me relate previous experience on my resume to the field I am pursuing. He also helped me update my LinkedIn profile and showed me many features to help me utilize it to its full potential. Scott is very personable and easy to talk to. Highly recommended!

I worked with Scott K. at Wolfgang on my resume, LinkedIn profile, and one interview prep session. I am 15+ years into my career and was initially concerned that these services would be geared towards someone fresh out of college. However, Scott provided tips that I had not come across in my own research. I was even considering a career change and Scott was able to provide some perspective on my current and potential career paths that made my decision crystal clear. He gave me honest feedback on what was not working but always approached this with kindness and humor. Our sessions were a lot of work (be prepared for homework) but still fun and worth every penny. Before Scott, I was struggling to articulate all that I had accomplished and was not getting a lot of interest in my resume. Now, I am consistently getting 2-3 interviews per week, including interest in Senior/VP roles and I feel very confident going into these that I know what to expect.

I’ve been working as an independent consultant for quite some time (and truly enjoy it) but have decided to take a different direction with my career. The last time I interviewed for a job was 10 years ago – so I realized I needed expert guidance and assistance. I’m so very glad that I found Scott Kukowski and Wolfgang Career Coaching. Scott blew me away. He’s very sharp and knowledgeable about current trends in jobs and industries, hiring practices, and how to be found by recruiters and hiring managers. He quickly understood what I’ve been doing professionally and where I now want to go with my career. All of my sessions with Scott got me fired up about looking for a job and how to interview confidently and passionately. He taught me a lot; he called out areas for improvement in ways that motivated me to make useful changes. Sessions with Scott challenged me to think differently about the whole process of finding and interviewing for jobs. We went through a wonderfully rigorous process to produce a top-notch resume that tells a strong and compelling story connecting my career to the position that I’m pursuing -- in only 2 pages (I didn’t think that would be possible before I worked with Scott). I highly recommend Scott and will gladly work with him again as the need arises. The fees are very reasonable, especially in light of the considerable value that the sessions have returned.

I couldn't have asked for anyone better than Scott Kukowski at Wolfgang Career Coaching. The positive reviews are what brought me in. I was completely sold after the initial free consultation with Scott and couldn't wait to get started. Scott provided excellent coaching for my career change. I signed up for several sessions to go through assessments and narrow down career options. Scott was very thorough, clear with the homework assignments, and provided great encouragement. He loves his job and that's really inspiring! After seeing Scott, I now know and understand what my skills and interests are. They are so much clearer than before and I now know what to do with them. Midway through my career change sessions I found a job listing within my industry that fit my skills and interests perfectly. It was not a position I had considered before but suddenly it was very clear that this could be a great fit. Scott quickly changed gears, reviewed the job requirements with me, helped dust off and polish my resume, taught me tricks to get noticed, and covered interview techniques and questions. I was so lost on interviewing beforehand, I can't even imagine how terribly wrong it could have gone without coaching. I walked into the interview, felt very confident, aced it, and really enjoyed getting to know the people I would work with. And I got the job! They informed me that I was unanimously their first choice. The great thing is knowing that there will always be a resource there for my career if I need it again. Without Scott I'd still be sitting at my desk wondering what I should do. Highly recommend!

I can't say enough great things about Scott Kukowski at Wolfgang. I needed help updating my resume and after reading the reviews, I chose Wolfgang Career Coaching. I signed up for the free consultation and within hours had an interview scheduled with Scott - thanks to Julian, the receptionist, who was extremely professional and accommodating. Within a few days I met with Scott and immediately felt comfortable explaining my situation. Scott was incredibly encouraging and supportive of my specific needs and goals. He provided positive feedback about my current resume and offered a few extra tips to perfect it at no charge. Because of his professionalism and knowledge, I took Scott's LinkedIn workshop two weeks later. It was truly an invaluable experience. I didn't realize how much I didn't know about LinkedIn until his training. Rather than give me generic advice, he specifically went to my profile and helped me edit, add and restructure it for optimal results. I highly recommend Scott & Wolfgang Career Coaching for ALL career levels and goals. Thank you, Scott!
