I had moved from another state to Austin TX. I made the important decision to work with Austin Career Connections to assist in my job transition to employment in the Austin area. Courtney has been my career coach since I made that decision and she has been an inspirational and motivational leader and coach providing tools for me to utilize in finding the perfect opportunity. After a job elimination and needing to find a job... it is hard..., but having Courtney in my corner to keep me prepared for opportunities AND keeping me from riding off the rails (l go for the shiny objects) was the reason I am sitting here today with the perfect new opportunity! I highly recommend Austin Career Connections whether you are new to Austin or a life long resident looking for a new opportunity!

Courtney is an instrumental career coach with a supportive prowess. She is very knowledge, very personable and has a candid and no-nonsense demeanor. Upon cordially meeting her business partner, Roger Bradlau; Courtney seamlessly understood and guided my career campaign. Highlighting personal and professional directives, drive and mobilization; Courtney’s tactics confirmed our mutual and combined laser-focused tailored approaches to securing my career growth. Courtney has no problem throwing-out the punches, dissolving pointless chatter to re-focus, reviewing referrals, connecting contact lists, ‘off-market’ leads and quantifying an employee’s offering negotiations. She calmly, confidently and optimistically negotiates the correct course of action for her clients’ steadfast career campaign, successfully keeping them on tract and landing more than an interview. Sharing her humor and no-nonsense candor; I’m grateful for her coaching, mentoring and partnering leadership through a stage of career growth. Most importantly, I count her as a personal friend. I highly recommend Courtney for your career transition and campaign. She’s a Rockstar!

Courtney is a no-nonsense, supportive partner who brings experience, humility, and a listening ear to her clients. She takes the time to get to know what drives you, your strengths, and your insecurities and works tirelessly with you on what you specifically need to reach the next stage of your career. Courtney does not take a one-size-fits-all approach, and she recognizes that what you need may change as you go through your career discovery process. She is a trusted mentor and advisor; Courtney tells you what you need to hear and brings humor and support. I found Courtney to be extremely knowledgable of the evolving dynamics of the Austin job market and emerging trends in how social media and online branding affect career searches. She is also just really pleasant to work with -- she is flexible, friendly, and brings out optimism. I highly recommend Courtney as a trusted partner for helping you get to the next phase of your career!

Courtney is amazing trainer, mentor and counselor who helped me transition into a new corporate career after 30 years in the military. She was an essential part of my learning process and helped me develop an even better resume as well as teaching me how to network, and to discover my "brand" as I also learned the Twitter verse too! Courtney was a voice of reason and calmness and having her in your corner helps one learn to approach this process as a job as she has seen it all and she most definitely can get you where you need to go. Courtney is outstanding in helping people to get back on track for a new opportunity that will enable their continued success after feeling like no one really appreciates what one has to offer. 100% recommend her as a career coach and I count her as a personal friend after all of the time spent working on the new "me" as I worked to find that new career.
