This car wash is terrible. I went here for nurses day cause I got a “free” car wash. They then uncharged me for a higher end one and I thought I’ll treat myself today. The outside looks fine but my inside still looks like crap! I don’t even know if they actually wiped down my dash. Dust everywhere I stopped as I pulled out they came and wiped the upper part but as I turned out I noticed dust all over my entertainment area. Like come on this is a $40 car wash!! Will never go back! I’ll go to a self service one and do it better myself.

Finally used a old gift card my parents got me for the full package car spa treatment for my wife's minivan thats been through a lot with the family and kids. Staff were friendly, accommodating and helpful particularly a female staff member named Kat who mans at the front near the entry of the car wash. Exterior job was well done with the wash and polishing. Car looked great from the outside. However, I did not give the full 5 stars because the package included the premium detailing for the interior and I was very disappointed. There were so many spots I saw that were looked over that weren't cleaned thoroughly, some parts looked like it wasn't even touched I could still see dust. I dont know how but there areas that looked like they weren't even vacuumed and it was in areas that were easy to see at a glance. Staff member Kat was the one that actually spotted these issues and went straight to her manager which I was grateful for. Two males came over and they appeared to be the lead supervisor or manager, I am sorry I can't remember their names but I want to give them praise. They immediately saw and told me they're gonna take it back right now and complete the service properly themselves. When the car came back the interior looked a lot better, they did amazing work. Really appreciated their attention and care handling the situation. One of the supervisor apologized and gave me a gift card for a full work wash for the inconvenience. Needless to say I dont want to give bad review just for one particular area of service that's needs to be addressed, (the interior detailing crew...). This job was a 2 day thing also, I had dropped it off afternoon on a Friday and they were busy so they advised it make take until tomorrow so it can be done properly which I was fine with. So, there should not have been any issues because that is plenty of time for servicing. I've been a long time member and will continue be so, I've never had any prior issues. Thank to the amazing customer service staff and the supervisor and manager at this location.

Paid extra for my cleaning but did not notice it wasn’t complete til I got home. I did not they missed a spot on my dashboard but I figured I would just wipe it down. No biggie. Then I had to take some stuff back to another store and when I put it in back seat, I saw that they did not vacuum it at all. I went to their vacuum area to vacuum it myself and as I am am working on it I see they didn’t wipe my tire wells (hubcaps) either. I went and got an employee and had him redo it. He took pics. I should have. I called customer service and left a message. That was 2 weeks ago and they haven’t called me back like I asked them too. Thank goodness I did not sign up for the monthly membership. I will not be back again (2nd time this has happened)

This was my first time here I am so unhappy I paid $40 to have my car washed inside and out when I went to pick it up. They hadn’t cleaned the console. I hadn’t cleaned the doors. There were marks on the windows from my dogs still he seemed annoyed that he had to keep wiping it And not all of it was done even after that I just left because I felt like I was putting him out absolutely ridiculous. I’m gonna have to do the rest myself.

First time ever going to a detailer in AZ and they didn’t do as well as I expected. Missed completely behind the gps and didn’t even check some places like the gas cover area. For paying almost 250 and still have a bit of dust, some areas neglected and not have the polishing product properly wiped off? I will not be going back to this location.
