Heather was absolutely amazing throughout the entire process. I had a no fault accident and both of the at fault drivers insurance company was giving me push back and this claim was ongoing for about a month before I could even get my truck into a collision shop. Once I got it to Caliber Collision, Heather completely handled the insurance companies (mine and the other two drivers) explained everything to me in terms that I could understand and guided me professionally, empathetically, and went to bat for me with the insurance companies taking my claim all the way to the top of the insurance chain when I was almost in tears and sooo stressed out. This girl knows her stuff! I also had the pleasure of speaking with Lisa a couple of times as well and she was fully informed of my unusual claim and was able to keep my peace of mind. This team obviously communicates with each other keeping interactions with their customers smooth and informative. The collision techs did a great job with the repairs to my truck. Heather and a gentleman walked out to the truck with me on pick up day and addressed my questions, explained the warranty and was so kind and professional. I'm sorry that I don't remember his name, but as a team....their customer service was ON POINT from the moment I walked in the door, the communication during the process, all the way through the day of pick up! I drive to their shop in Mesa, from San Tan Valley and should I ever need a collision center again, this is where I'll go! I highly HIGHLY recommend this shop on Main Street. I think I need a T-shirt so I can advertise for them out here in STV! THANK YOU for all of your help Caliber Collision!

After my car was pelted by a rock truck, I was recommended this shop by their insurance company. They communicated well and got me in quickly. They were all incredibly nice, and the work they did was incredible. If I ever need body work again, they will be my first call.

Exceptional service. They were so kind and patient throughout the whole process and extremely communicative letting me know everything that was going to and did happen. As soon as I walked through the doors I felt so welcome. Car looks better than ever! If there’s ever a time I’m in another accident I know where I’m going to go!

Caliber collision is excellent and professional. Heather and Lisa are always kind when you call. The work was done quickly and looks great, bonus when I picked up my car it was washed and detailed!! Thank you ladies for making an accident not hurt so bad.
