I can’t say enough good things about Cody Party Rentals and Balloon Design in Ottawa. Not only was the online ordering process incredibly easy and straightforward, but the customer service from beginning to end was absolutely top-tier. From the very first phone call to confirm my order, the staff were beyond amazing — knowledgeable, pleasant to talk to, and always willing to help or assist with any questions. You truly feel taken care of every step of the way. Customer service here is 💯. I especially want to give a huge shout-out to Marc, the delivery professional who came by. He arrived right on time, was extremely friendly, and went above and beyond by showing me exactly how to set up the stage. He explained everything so clearly and made the entire setup process super easy and stress-free. Marc is the kind of employee every company hopes to have. He represents Cody Party Rentals exceptionally well, with outstanding professionalism, patience, and genuine care for the customer experience. Any company that hires people like Marc should feel truly blessed — he absolutely deserves recognition. If you’re looking for a party rental company that delivers not only great products but also exceptional service and people who truly care, Cody Party Rentals and Balloon Design is the way to go. I will definitely be using them again and recommending them to everyone I know.
