Joe is fantastic. He helped me upgrade my PC from a FX 6300, GTX 950, and a old motherboard to a Ryzen 1600, ASRock motherboard, GTX 1060. The process took a full day and I was able to pick it up the next morning. It's nice to have them so close to my house and they were on the phone with me for problem solving (which was my doing). Joe is vary knowledgeable and gave me the run-around of everything. They both helped build my tower and Jim even had no problem carrying my PC case in and out of the shop (which is lovely by the way). I'm extremely satisfied with the build and will definitely be coming back for upgrading again. Do not hesitate to ask what you might think as a "dumb question" - there isn't any! Thanks guys! UPDATE* - 7-27-21 Joe is mad scientist! I come in about every 6 months for upgrades. Remember that word, UPGRADES not fixes 😜 he's always working on things and gets the job right. He, like myself wants your machine not only to perform right, but look great at the same time. Here's some of the stuff he's done recently. I moved recently and I drive my PC about 40 mins to get here. It's worth every mile. You the man Joe!

Let me say this, Joe is the most honest and hardworking computer techs I've ever experienced. My OLD workhorse computer took a nose dive over the Holiday, you know ALL of my work and personal info was on it. A few short hours later and BOOM, I'm back up to speed. I highly recommend this small business and THANK YOU for the assist.
