Carlos Castillo provided exceptional service and also identified some major issues I was unaware of. He not only explained them in detail but provided pictures as well. He provided suggestions and possible options but never pressured me and respected that it was ultimately my decision to make. It was a no-brainer and I took all the necessary measures to correct my AC issues. This decision not only provided my home with cleaner and better air quality for my family’s health but will also save me money in energy costs. Carlos certainly set the bar for what professional customer service should entail.

Luis O conducted his due diligence in the review of my AC unit from Colair. He explained all the steps that he conducted as he was conducting them. He also gave advice on how protect our investment with a surge protector for the inside and outside units. He took his time and attention to ensure that I understood everything he was explaining to me. You have an outstanding service representative. He should be commend for his excellent service. I would recommend that everyone should participate in Colair service maintenance contract .

On time with all materials and got it done and place was cleaner that when they arrived. Even ensure after the breaker were turn off to ensure safety. They checked all appliances were in working condition and found out that one of the wires for the refrigerator had come loose and was make connection and the refrigerator would turn on. The tech tightened the wire in place and had the refrigerator working again.. if he hadn’t taken the extra step my food would have spoiled due it was my country home a/c being worked in and it would have been week before I return to a smelling refrigerator.. Thank you for taking the extra step to ensure all was working after the breakers were turn on. Plus the extra cost for a Heat Pump is worth every penny extra..
