Total Assurance is always on the ball and has been for the five years and two houses at which we have counted on their expertise, whether doing buyer and seller inspections, preventative maintenance, installation of new systems (one at old house, one at new house) and even with helping to limp an old system along that is just begging to be replaced until the time is right. The visit today by Abel was top notch. Very knowledgeable and professional, questions thoroughly answered and left me with no questions or concerns left unaddressed.

Total assurance in Rockport were very professional. They came to my RV to make sure a mini split would work without charging me. Installed my mini split the same day! I have already recommended them to several people I know.

Second time using your company at our second house and still provided outstanding customer service from all. 10+ stars again. Thanks for outstanding service as it is hard to fine nowadays. Would recommend and will use again if needed. AWESOME. Outstanding from the office to the tech, Robert on site. Office sent texts for updates as well. Realized our AC was acting up so called Total Assurance. Kyle was the tech on duty was here quicker than told. He had the issue fixed so quickly and was so nice! Thank you so much for always being so professional and quick!
