I read all of the reviews on Google and Yelp and anywhere I could find them, and I chose to take my newly adopted rescue for a drop-in at Colby’s. The facility is immaculate, and all of the staff are not only certified with documentation but they are also warm, kind, attentive, and communicative. Robbie was super anxious when I picked him up, but that was only because he has a history of abandonment. As soon as we arrived home, he slept for nearly two hours. I know without hesitation he had an active and kind experience today. (It is so clean that the staff shares a refrigerator with the dogs they care for, and they clean the bowls in the same area. They have separate food spaces for pets with allergies, and they only allow the senior professionals to administer medication.) If I could afford to take him every workday, I would. Alas, I think I am going to do it once per week. Robbie had a grooming visit during his care day, and he is immaculate! They did a wonderful job using shampoos for his sensitive skin and trimming his nails. When we were walking home, he kept looking back 💕🐾 I would recommend Colby’s to everyone and would not hesitate to take him again for daycare or even boarding.

Colby’s DogCare & Spa is truly lucky to have Kuhniya! She is always so sweet, incredibly helpful, and consistently goes above and beyond for both the pups and their parents. Her kindness and attention to detail make every visit feel easy and stress-free. Ghost and I absolutely love her and are so grateful for the care she gives. Highly recommend! 🐾💛

Colby’s is a gem for dog care. The staff is wonderful—every single person is warm, kind, and genuinely cares about your pup. They go above and beyond, whether it’s calling to check in if your dog isn’t feeling well, reminding you to leave your dog’s food, or lending a hand when your arms are full. They also do a fantastic job of creating a sense of community with fun activities and events that bring dog owners together. Communication is top-notch—someone always picks up the phone or responds quickly to emails, which makes scheduling and updates so easy. Their online portal is intuitive and easy to use, and as a bonus, they bring in photographers to capture the cutest photos of your dog. It’s clear that Colby’s isn’t just a daycare—it’s a place where dogs (and their humans) are truly cared for and connected. The drawback is the cost, but it helps that my pup has fun when he goes!

Colby's Dogcare and Spa takes outstanding care of my Ms. Belle. The level of attention and detail and knowledge of my little dog is amazing. Their familiarity with the dogs history, inclduing medical history and how they execute each and every time my dog is placed in their care receives top priority treatment. They treat Ms. Belle like she is their own. I thoroughly appreciate the "personal care" the attention and affection and of course consideration always given. Colby's Dogcare and Spa gives me the level of comfort needed to delegate care when Ms. Belle is in residence.

Colby’s is absolutely amazing. We have been taking our dog here for daycare for several months now. Quinn is a rescue with separation anxiety, but the staff at Colby’s has always been understanding and kind. They understand she needs some extra time to warm up. I think daycare has also helped with her anxiety and gives her the chance to socialize with dogs which she always loves! I really like that they have play rooms by dog size, Quinn typically likes dogs her size or smaller to play with, but they have also given her a chance to explore different rooms to see where her best fit is. The facilities are clean and I like that I can see where Quinn will be during the day. I am always impressed with the staff, they all seem skilled and knowledgeable about dogs which makes me feel great about having Quinn in their care throughout the day. I highly recommend for anyone who needs consistent daycare for their dog. We originally started with a membership but our schedules frequently shift so we typically schedule as needed which usually works out just fine. The memberships are a great option if you need a consistent schedule throughout the month. I have tried several different daycares in the area and Colby’s is by far the best in terms of price, staff, and everything they offer!
