Wow. I feel so taken advantage of by Colder’s in WestAllis, WI. Purchased $1,400 of two furniture pieces. One pice was severely damaged. I’ve called every single day since. Emailed, left messages. The only actual live person I get is the front desk person that has to be the most miserable person I’ve ever encountered. Clearly living a sad life for her to be so incredibly rude and disrespectful. When I told her that I haven’t gotten assistance regardless of multiple days of contact, and methods of contact she replied I a rude tone that didn’t I think people were busy. I stated to her that I understood however with the return window 24 hrs I wanted to be sure I could at least schedule a return or something. She huffed at me and transferred me to VM without saying another word. I will never do business with this furniture store. I will be contacting my card to see my disputing options. And I am going to return this furniture asap. Never again. Don’t waste your time or hard earned money at this place. And I see their generic responses to others are with their phone number. It’s useless, you don’t get a call back or anyone to respond to your issues. I’ll be taking the furniture back myself. Never again. Buyer beware.

If you’re going to read one negative review, please read this one - for your own sake. We had a horrible experience. We were urged by a sales rep, Pinto, to take advantage of the Labor Day sale, which we were happy to do, as he was very helpful and it seemed like a great deal. He quoted our selection, told us it would be delivered in 4-8 weeks, and charged us the next day. Later, after reaching out to the customer support team and Pinto multiple times for status updates, Pinto let us know our selection wouldn’t be delivered until after 12 weeks. He then ghosted us and didn’t respond for days at a time by email, phone, or text. We went in after a couple of weeks to chat with a manager (Richie). He told us he’d help figure out what was going on, and we were hopeful. The day after speaking to Richie, Pinto finally called us - one month after our initial order was placed - but only to let us know that nearly the entire set of furniture we ordered had actually been discontinued, and Colder’s didn’t carry it anymore. We continued to reach out to Richie about options to move forward with a new furniture selection and we kept receiving no response and being left on read. Richie would say he needed “one more day” to work on getting things together and then wouldn’t follow up. After we were able to work out a new furniture selection, and waiting for the sparse updates on when items would be ready and shipped, the furniture arrived. I already noticed some small chips/defects in the furniture, but I am tired of dealing with this company. They delivered the wrong barstools not once, but TWICE, which ended with us having to drive the incorrect barstools back to their store and pick up the correct ones, defeating the purpose of having comped delivery for our trouble. I waited for a refund on shipping that was promised in September. The refund arrived in December after multiple, multiple reminders from me. The lack of communication is legitimately horrible and frustrating. It felt like they knew they messed up and were already expecting a bad review, and didn’t feel the need to try to recover us as customers. If you do business with Colder’s, expect no reliable communication on your order, bare minimum help from employees/resources, and long wait times on furniture. The one thing I will note is that the delivery folks who actually delivered and set up our furniture were great, and were fast and nice. While chatting with them about the troubles we’ve had, they seemed to know this wasn’t a one-time thing and this company is known for their unreliability.

I dont recommend this place .I buy a Samsung fridge and the icemaker dont work and colders dont want to do anything they send to Samsung customer service.
