Was an excellent experience from the moment i walked in. Was greated with a warm kindness and thorough attentiveness to what i was looking for. Came in last minute hoping to be able to get an arrangement set up and she absolutely delivered for me. Also, will be revisiting that candy counter another time.👀 🤣 I Look forward to going back for my next arrangement and recommend this place to everyone. Grandpa Frank's is the epitome of what local business is all about and sets the standard in Customer Care. I felt like i had been there 1000 times already. ❤️

She is very kind and definitely listens to what I’m hoping for and what I want and helps me with suggestions as needed. They are my go to shop for flowers and we love supporting them.

I got these flowers on valentines day. The service here is amazing, I gave them a rough outline of what I wanted and they did AMAZING. Very kind people, Flowers were in great condition and lived for awhile longer than expected. Highly recommend, can be a lil pricey but its 110% worth it. I will be going back for future holidays
