I wanted to share my experience with The Cole Group. I had first moved here with my bf at the time who became my ex while living together. The Cole Group made it a smooth process to remove my ex from the lease without penalty or affecting either of our rental history. They also worked with me on reinstating my lease terms because it would be much harder for me on my own. They were extremely empathetic and caring of mine and my child’s situation and helped me every way possible. The compassion and humanity I experienced with them in unmatched. They are not in it just for the money as many landlords/realtors seem to be. They are in it for the people and that is such a valuable attribute to possess. I am so grateful for the wonderful people at The Cole Group. I couldn’t be more thankful to have rented from such an amazing company!

If I could give more than 5 stars I would. The Cole Group assisted me in getting in a home and I no longer have live in an apartment. Anthony has been amazing to me and my family. If you need an awesome realtor reach out to the Cole Group. For all your rental needs. They treat you like family. I hope I never have to move again. Unless I am moving to another property that the Cole Group manages.

I was previously managing a property on my own but got really busy. When the tenants gave notice of moving out, I didn't have time deal with it. I had to scramble to find a PM and this one was the best that I could find after reading many reviews. Anthony was able to help me find a tenant after doing some touch ups. So far, I've found him and his staff to be very professional.
