Very much love it here! I had my first visit with Skyler ( brows, Brazilian and underarms). I love that when you come in, they have sparkling and regular water! And snacks?! Their retail area was a fun adventure to explore- it isn’t just wax related items, you could end up buying yourself a wax, serums for post care and your bffs new favorite scent of perfume she didn’t know she needed. Seeing Chelsea put this place together and then experiencing the very thoughtfully curated space and vibe that it is. So freaking good.
I was honestly a little hesitant to go into Urban Waxx as a guy, but everyone there made me feel super comfortable from the moment I walked in. Chelsea especially went above and beyond! She was professional, welcoming, and made the whole process way easier than I expected and as painless as possible … HA! I got my back and arms waxed and it was a great experience overall. I’ll definitely be coming back! Highly recommend Chelsea!!!
I just had the BEST first time ever getting my armpit and Brazilian waxed!! Anna was my esthetician and she was so so kind and professional. I told her it was for my wedding and she made sure I had no hair left!! It wasn’t as bad as I imagined and having a very calm esthetician made it so much better. I will come back frequently for my Brazilian especially!! I highly recommend. Also chelsea is so awesome!! I love her positive vibes!!
I love Chelsea!!♥️ I drove 20 minutes to my appointment, and I’d do it 10x over. Chelsea took her time, ensured everything was how I wanted it, she has an amazing personality and a very welcoming warm vibe. Very professional, great prices and flawless results. They also offer free parking and have locking doors, which is a huge plus, they got you taken care of all the way around! They also have a snack bar and drinks, and mimosas if you’re over 21 ;)
I had Skylar and she was amazing!!! So fun and easy to talk to, and she made the whole experience super comfortable. I’ve been to European Wax many times, but UrbanWaxx is 100% better! They really do take their the time and care with everything! I’ll definitely be coming back. The owner, Chelsea, is the sweetest person and chatting with her feels like you’ve been friends forever. Highly recommend!
