I was looking for good tea places to go to since my friend loves tea, I managed to find this place, scouted it out to see how busy it was - it was quiet, comfortable and not many people were there! It's a beautiful venue with a very rustic, classy chic which I love so much, and the staff were very well-presented and lovely to us! At the time, they only had cakes available for food, which was fine since they were very tasty and went great with the tea - we both tried a peach tea and a strawberry tea. Everything was very well priced - I expected the total bill to be over $50, yet it was quite a bit below that! It was a great and quiet place to chat for a few hours, and we can't wait to come back for a relaxing place to drink tea! Michaela served us throughout our stay, and she was so lovely, making sure we were having a pleasant time and greeting us with a smile, even complimenting my friend! We both hope to see Michaela there again and the friendly staff next time we visit!

WOW WOW WOW The Christmas Hampers is amazing! I ordered this online to send to one of my customers for a Christmas team morning tea. It looks just like the photo online, but so much better in real life! Such a great assortment and beautifully presented. I was told by my customer it was amazing and absolutely delicious. I’d definitely order this again. The Collins House team were so helpful and delivered the order as well.

Had a delightful deluxe high tea for a friend’s birthday — everything from savoury to sweet was perfect. Excellent service, and the birthday girl (and everyone else) thoroughly enjoyed it. Highly recommended!

We had such a wonderful time at Collins Coffee House in Melbourne for High Tea. The perfect setting for a fabulous girls’ day out in the heart of the CBD. The atmosphere was elegant yet relaxed, the service was attentive, and the food was beautifully presented and absolutely delicious. Everything from the delicate sandwiches to the freshly baked scones and desserts was delightful. A truly lovely experience we will definitely be back! Highly recommend for anyone looking to enjoy a special afternoon in Melbourne.

Easily the best high tea I’ve ever been to. My friend booked me a surprise visit to Collins Coffee House for their Saturday high tea. It was amazing! I can’t wait to come back. The staff were absolutely lovely and very attentive, the venue is stunning, the food was fresh and great portion sizes. Added bonus, a violinist while you enjoyed your tea.
