The team was very engaged and responsive throughout the filing process and their software is extremely easy to use and engage with. Instead of just filing taxes, they also offered strategies for how to better prepare for the next year. They also explained ways to reduce filing costs in the future (which were already reasonable).

100% satisfied with Joe's exceptional service, thorough process, professionalism, timeliness and personal touches. We presented Joe with personal income tax challenges well beyond my ability to do on me own. We handed him my deceased mother's final income tax filing from 2017 as well as our own 2023 tax return. I filed an extension for 2023, but never circled back around to complete and file the return. I feared massive penalties and an overall massive tax headache from our multiple income streams and oddball nuances. Joe methodically navigated through the nuances and communicated with both us and the IRS effectively. His results surprised me. But in a good way!!! And he did it in a very short amount of time. We could not have done any of this without Collins CPA Group's assistance. Their process works. It just works. We were so confident in Joe's abilities that we retained him again for our 2024 taxes!
