Dr.Tan was great. She and her staff were very patient and took time to explain what they were doing and what I should expect. They were very considerate and even changed the office music to my favorite channel. I highly recommend Dr. Tan!

I cannot say that I “enjoy” going to the doctor, but Dr. Babcock makes each visit more than tolerable. He is kind, attentive, and very thorough. He genuinely cares for his patients. Additionally, the front staff and the staff in the back are equally amazing.

I’ve been going to Michelle for several years now and have followed her from her previous med-spa without hesitation. She does consistently beautiful work, but what truly sets her apart is her honesty. I can’t emphasize enough how important that is to me. I’ll come in saying, ‘Let’s do surgery!’ and Michelle will calmly walk me through smart, less-invasive options that actually work. She always gives straightforward answers and never pushes what isn’t necessary. When the time comes for surgery, I know she’ll be just as honest then, but until that day, she makes me look refreshed, natural, and beautiful every single time. That’s real talent.

Having been in customer service in one form or another for over 50 years, I am acutely aware of what constitutes great customer service. Dr. Hansen and her assistant were awesome. They were polite, professional, and informative. Both were incredible. Unfortunately, I cannot say the same regarding the receptionist (I believe her name is Teresa) who greets you and checks you in upon your arrival. Her demeanor was anything but positive and welcoming. I checked in at 1:10 for my 1:20 appointment. after taking my photo ID and insurance information, I was asked to have a seat in the waiting room. After sitting there for approximately 15 minutes, Theresa came over with some paperwork and instructed me to fill this out. I did so and remained seated in the waiting area. After another 15 minutes, Teresa yells from her reception area to me asking if I was done with the paperwork. She indicated that she needed this paperwork in order to get me checked in. I returned it to her saying, “thanks for letting me know”… to which she smugly replied, “I did let you know, you just didn’t hear me.” I let her know, that she did not tell me to bring the paperwork to her… I incorrectly assumed the doctor and her assistant would get my paperwork. Thus, I sat there for over 30 minutes and still wasn’t checked in. I waited another 15 minutes before my name was called to see the doctor. Thus I finally got to see the doctor at 1:50ish. As previously stated Dr. Hansen and her assistant were great. Because Teresa is the face of the business when you first arrive, it would behoove her and this business to try and put on a smile and exhibit, a more welcoming demeanor. Her overall attitude was condescending,and negative. I can only hope this will be addressed because the rest of the staff and the doctor I saw was great.
