Fantastic experience with Comfy Living Chicago! It was a relaxed experience at the showroom. Andy gave me his contact for any questions I may have and he was very fast in responding. I paid for delivery to our apartment up 2 tight flights of stairs, but Edgars and Hayward (Sorry if I misheard names) were so quick and very kind. I think it all only took like 20 minutes even with them trudging through the snow. I’m in love with this couch and already recommended CLC to a couple of friends.

Great communication And customer service! Such a great first time experience working with Comfy living Chicago. First came across CLC via instagram algos when we were shopping for couches a year ago (we were not in a rush at the time). Looked at other brands to compare (Linsy Home, Joybird, burrow house, and VCF at the time). Re opened ourselves to new seating this year and everything happened within 5 days. The showroom with a lot of quality options! Also liked it was a local Chicago business. Found the sectional and bought with Andis at the showroom on Sunday, Edgar with the prompt set up call on Monday, and scheduled Thursday delivery ON TIME and in the window by Jakobe and Haywood. Set up was seamless and the set it up for us after carefully getting into my 3rd floor apartment. We would highly recommend!

Very happy with the whole experience! Loved being able to see and try out various pieces at the warehouse. Delivery was easy to set up for just 2 days later. The delivery guys, Jakobe and Haywood were great. I had a narrow entryway and they persisted and problem solved until they were able to get my new couch into the apartment and set up beautifully. Will definitely be recommending Comfy Living to friends!

Super welcoming in the store! Just moved to Chicago and was able to get our new couch delivered the next day after purchase (bought the couch 10 minutes before closing). Very skilled and careful movers with very reasonable delivery costs. Also gave my wife a veteran’s discount! Highly recommend shopping with Comfy Living Chicago!

Love our new sofa! The process was easy, affordable, and quick. We stopped in to the showroom, which was amazing, and ordered our sofa at a great price. It was delivered less than 24 hours later and they took our old couch away. The sofa bed is surprisingly comfortable and the sofa overall looks amazing in our space. The delivery crew was on time and worked quickly despite our apartment complex having extensive construction that made moving difficult. Will definitely shop there again!
