I’m posting this review on behalf of my mother, Rosalia, who had a wonderful experience with Comfyhome Heating and Cooling. Max came out promptly to repair her ducted heating unit, which was greatly appreciated. Unfortunately, the unit stopped working again a day or so later, and when she contacted Max he returned without hesitation. He spent several hours thoroughly investigating the issue and resolved it. What really stood out was his honesty and integrity, he didn’t charge anything for the second visit despite being there for several hours. It’s rare to find tradespeople who are not only skilled but also genuinely stand by their work. Max was reliable, professional, and very honest and we wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him and the team.
