Hi - My installation was tricky with a steel window lintel and an external flashing window hood making it hard to achieve condensate drainage and piped connections through the wall. The company did a great job managing this problem and really cared about doing a neat and professional job.

Thank you so much to Kelly, for proving that honest business still exists. I popped through a quote request today, for an issue I was experiencing with my Split System unit. Kelly called me not long after, to advise that the “issue” was actually a completely normal occurrence for split system units.
