Absolutely terrible experience. On December 27 at around 7:35, a pool staff member who said his name was Micheal treated our group with complete disrespect. We paid over $158 for one hour, yet instead of basic customer service, we were met with hostility and intimidation. He approached our group aggressively, threatening to seize our IDs and telling us to leave, despite not properly explaining any rules or policies. We were not breaking any rules, and he didn’t even bother to clarify what the issue supposedly was. The way he spoke to us was rude, unprofessional, and completely unacceptable for someone working in customer service. We traveled all the way from AB and were shocked by how poorly we were treated. This was easily one of the worst customer service experiences we’ve had. Paying customers should never be spoken to or treated this way. If this is how guests are treated here, I would strongly recommend taking your money elsewhere. Management seriously needs to address staff behavior, because this experience ruined what should have been a fun outing.

Historic bowling alley, lots of vibe, friendly staff. I believe it's the oldest bowling alley in Canada. Not cheap but a great place to bowl. It's a classic, I had a great time and look forward to going back. Definitely recommend it. It's the real deal.

Best place to play pool in downtown. Tables play like a dream, pricing is good and the vibe of a place that's been open since the 1920s is immaculate. We came here every single evening whilst in Vancouver

Today was time for bowling here in Vancouver. It was a coworker gathering and all of us had a lot of fun. We have just played bowling but there are many other options of games, such as billiards🎱 This bowling style was unfamiliar to me, since I used to play with bigger balls with 3 holes on it and with more pines in the lane (Here you play only with 5 pines). But it was still a lot of fun. The price of the hour is 68$, which is totally acceptable. Come join!

Commodore Lanes & Billiards is a fun spot in downtown Vancouver, great for spending time with friends. I had a good time there. However, the bowling uses smaller balls than usual, which makes the game a bit more challenging. The venue also has billiard tables, but they only allow up to four people per table, which can be a downside if you have a larger group. The place itself is quite old, and you can tell it has been around for a long time. While it’s not the most modern bowling alley, it still provides a fun experience with a casual atmosphere. Overall, it’s a good option if you’re in downtown Vancouver and looking for a classic bowling and billiards experience. It may not be the fanciest place, but it delivers on entertainment, making it worth a visit.
